We are pleased to have the day-to-day operational management for our community in the capable hands of Galphin Real Estate Services, Inc. (GCAM).

JoAnne McCormick purchased GCAM in 2016 and her team provides a wide range of services for our community including accounting, managing the vendors that serve our landscaping, pool, lighting, electrical, the gate and video maintenance & repairs, drainage, etc. GCAM makes periodic inspections and enforcement of our by-law violations.  Homeowners should report problems to JoAnne McCormick at GCAM.

If you are buying a home in Golfside @ Summer Beach II, GCAM can provide Estoppel letters. Legal community documents are posted on the Golfside.org website under the Community Documents Page.
